PERSONAL COACHING

If you'd like to elevate your performance then here's your opportunity to upgrade your skills.  From foundation to advanced skills this hands-on direct coaching will cater for your needs and build knowledge that lasts a lifetime. 

Included: 

* One 60 min session per week for 6 weeks (within the 10 week term, start anytime) - extra to the standard sport and training times. 

* Coaches will work directly with you personally with the physical and mental aspects of our sport.

* Small group of 3-5 people max / session.

Coaches:

Archie Eather, Fred Eather and Nikala Murray.  All are extremely well established athletes in their own right that combine to make a well-balanced coaching team. The coaching team works together to share various skillsets for you. 

Q & A:

* The set times of Tues 3:45 and Tues 4:45pm are a starting point and FIBD.  Small groups can be organised outside these set times so reach out in person to make arrangements in person.

* Coaching is term-based (6 sessions within the regular 10 week term).

* How do I know which coach is best for me?  Just ask the question if you need and we can recommend or adjust things to your needs. 

* When does this start?  Week starting 14 Oct.
