The T4 format we run each week across all divisions continues to improve with personal and team statistics now available. 

Competition means different things to different people.  For our regular T4 social competition the priority goes to inclusion.  The integrity of the sporting framework is truly world class and it's the sum of all parts that makes it so effective.

The T4 is simply the most inclusive format available because the unique handicap system is applied at the team level allowing players of all different capacities to play together.  However, personal metrics allow players to track how they're going. 

Players can see and track: personal best, round-by-round scores, relative growth,  team contribution, personal GPA (Grade Point Average) on a seasonal basis and beyond plus more.  

Looking in the rearview mirror is often useful as the growth around here is often significant and sometimes profound.
