There's a familiar feel about them.  We've seen this before.  

The North Tamworth Donkeys consist of a bunch of young guns with so much potential it's not funny.  They won round two and are now on top of the ladder.

Cooper and Ethan Gale, Henry Cowell, Lachie Butters and Fred Eather are all young and are coming on strong.  Their numbers prove it. In many ways they're quite a similar team to the East Tamworth Badgers ... but younger.  Fred, Cooper and Henry all have representative history.  Their full potential is yet to be seen but the key ingredients that make up a good team are embedded. 

Commitment to one another, learning from each another and friendship are on show every week and players in this team will feature in the Club Championship come finals time also.   They're the youngest team in the Opens competition but don't bother telling them that!
